For Defence Manufacturers

We help you build a product shaped by field feedback, ready for the client who buys it.

R&D support, test pilots, field testing in combat conditions and post-sale training, brought from the Ukrainian front to European drone manufacturers by an independent French company.

Building a drone company is hard, and we are here for the hard part.

Rows of FPV drone frames assembled on a workshop floor, ready for shipment.

You are moving fast, often faster than your resources allow, and you want the product ready yesterday. That pressure is normal, and the gaps that come with it are too: the autonomy that is almost there, the data you do not yet have, the field feedback no one in-house can give because no one in-house has flown against jamming on a live front. There is a second gap underneath, the people who sign contracts in Europe are not the ones fighting in Ukraine, and they do not buy on the same criteria. We sit on both sides. Think of us as an outside task force whose job is to break the glass ceilings that slow a drone company down: we bring the front into your product, and because we have trained dozens of armies, we know what a European buyer needs to hear.

What we bring

What we bring.

Four lines of work, from the bench to your customer's hands.

  • R&D support.

We put test pilots, engineers and current field data into your development loop, and report back on a regular cadence, with the improvements observed, the fixes proposed and the trade-offs they carry. We help you mature what you have, validate or rule out an architecture before you commit it to production, and reach the quality level a serious buyer expects. We also help you choose the right hardware and build a supply chain optimised on price and quality, so you stop losing time and money on parts that are wrong, unsuited or simply not good enough.

  • Test pilots.

We give your system to pilots with combat-level experience. They take it to its limits and hand back an engineer's reading of what works and what does not, with concrete advice on how to improve it. A verdict you can build on, not a sales report.

  • Field testing in combat conditions.

Two ways, both honest about what they are. Alongside a partner brigade in Ukraine, where the product is tested in real employment with our teams present to verify its use, subject to your agreement and to clearance from the competent authorities on your side. Or, when that route is too constraining, on our own range, where we reproduce conditions close to the front: real electronic warfare, terrain, climate and tempo.

  • Post-sale training.

When you sell to an army, we train the end user for you, and not only on how to fly the drone, which alone carries little value. We train them on how to employ it, with the most recent RETEX from the front. You walk in selling more than a machine: you sell the machine and the frontline training that comes with it. Few competitors can say the same.

Why this works

Why this works.

We fill what you are missing.

Test pilots, engineers, data and current field feedback, on hand without a permanent payroll.

Front and Europe in one place.

We carry the lessons of the front and we know what European buyers expect, because we trained them.

No conflict of interest.

We are independent, strictly compartmented between clients, and we answer to performance, not to a sale. Your product and your data stay yours, and what we tell you is what your buyer would find out anyway, only sooner.

Visibility built in.

If the test succeeds in Ukraine, we can run the press and the coverage around it, so the right people learn your product exists.

The edge

A commercial edge, not just a technical one.

You stop selling hardware alone and start selling hardware proven at the front, with the training that comes with it.

How a campaign runs

How a campaign runs.

  1. Step 01

We scope your need and your roadmap. Where you are, where you are going, what is missing.

  2. Step 02

We put pilots and engineers on the product to mature it and raise it to standard.

  3. Step 03

Once ready, we test it, to improve it further or to validate the architecture.

  4. Step 04

If the test succeeds, we can run the press and visibility around it.

  5. Step 05

We support you through customer demonstrations.

  6. Step 06

Once the sale is closed, we train the end user, hardware and tactics both.

Proven where it counts. Built for who buys.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality and your IP, an absolute value.

For a manufacturer this comes before everything, so we hold it as a principle, not a clause. Every engagement runs under NDA. Teams are strictly compartmented, so the people on your mission have no access to any other client's work. Prototypes and equipment are destroyed or returned to you at the end, your call. When we test, your own teams can be present throughout. And when the product is tested by armed forces in Ukraine, we are systematically alongside them to verify the use made of it. Nothing leaves the room that you did not agree to.

Limited resources are not a limit. Externalise the testing and the field R&D, and gain data no conventional lab will ever hold.

Missions we have run

Missions we have run.

A few anonymised examples. Client and product identities stay protected.

10 weeks

Maturing a drone sold as autonomous.

For a funded DefTech start-up, over 10 weeks we put 3 test pilots and 2 engineers on a system marketed as autonomous, generated the missing data and closed the gap on terminal guidance. Autonomy held through 8 of 10 test profiles at hand-over, against 3 at the start.

7 days

Testing a counter-drone detector and jammer.

For a counter-UAS company, over 7 days we field-tested its detection and jamming unit in Ukraine against real threats, and handed back a reading of effective ranges and 19 correction points no European range could have surfaced.

Interceptor that made its first kills with us.

For an interceptor-drone maker, we supported the first Shahed-type interceptions achieved with their system in Ukraine, ran the coverage around it, then helped them land a first order plus the dedicated training that went with it.

5 weeks

Architecture validation before series production.

For an industrial preparing a pre-series run, over 5 weeks our test team validated the propulsion and payload architecture before tooling was committed, ruling out one design branch and saving an estimated six-figure retooling cost.

12 days

Field employment alongside a partner brigade.

For a manufacturer seeking proof in real use, and after clearance from the client and the competent authorities, the product was tested alongside an engaged unit over 12 days, our team present to verify use. A 9-page RETEX was delivered, with 5 changes now in the product.

4 weeks

Designing the drone threat into an armoured vehicle.

For an armour manufacturer, over 4 weeks we worked the drone threat into the vehicle's design, advising on how the platform should detect, defeat and survive top-attack and FPV strikes.

7 days

End-user training for a manufacturer.

For an industrial that had sold a strike drone to an army, over 7 days we trained 18 end users, first on the platform, then on tactical employment with current RETEX, delivered on the manufacturer's behalf. The buyer left with a watch-ready capability, the seller with an argument no competitor matched.

Your competitors sell hardware. You sell hardware proven where it counts, and the training that comes with it.

Why manufacturers bring us in

Why manufacturers bring us in.

Independent of every other interest, so the reading answers to performance and not to a sale. A French company, capital and leadership wholly French, present in Ukraine without interruption since 2022. Around 80 pilots, engineers and operators in the network, each selected on competence and integrity. And the one thing almost no one else holds: we know the front, and we know what European militaries and procurement agencies expect, because we trained dozens of them. We translate one world into the other.

Break your technical ceiling

Break your technical ceiling.

The first step is simple. Tell us about your product under NDA, and we give you a straight technical read against the current state of the art: where it stands, what the front would do to it, and what a European buyer would want changed. From there we work out what would move it forward.
