We are looking for people who have lived the drone fight and can pass it on. If you have flown, built, repaired or taught at the level the front demands, we want to know you.
Capability comes first. Beyond that, we look for the same things in everyone: probity, discretion, calm under load, and the ability to write a clean after-action note. A few requirements apply to all profiles: working English, no current criminal proceedings, no sanctions listing, and a valid passport.
We protect the people we work with, and we expect the same seriousness in return.

We do not recruit serving combatants. We will not weaken anyone's war effort or cause a soldier to leave their post. If you are currently serving, we are glad to talk for after your contract ends, not during it.
