We are looking for people who have lived the drone fight and can pass it on. If you have flown, built, repaired or taught at the level the front demands, we want to know you.
Capability comes first. Beyond that, we look for the same things in everyone: probity, discretion, calm under load, and the ability to write a clean after-action note. A few requirements apply to all profiles: working English, no current criminal proceedings, no sanctions listing, and a valid passport.
We protect the people we work with, and we expect the same seriousness in return.
Profiles

Operator / instructor
Current or recent operational experience on FPV, ISR or strike platforms. Able to teach what you have done: build curriculum, run cadres, and leave a unit more autonomous than you found it.

Field technician / engineer
Hands-on platform build, maintenance and field repair, or embedded, RF, autonomy and payload integration. At ease iterating against field feedback rather than spec sheets.

OSINT analyst
Source discipline, useful language coverage, structured writing. We value verified observation over volume.
